Peaceful Buddha
approx. 24" x 18" -- less masking tape
acrylic and gold leaf on canvas.
I guess the word ÔpeacefulÕ is redundant when it comes to Buddha.
I took these photos after I'd removed the masking tape so the canvas isn't stretched out, which explains the lump near the top of Buddha's head. That won't be there if the canvas is re-stretched/framed.

Some notes I took at a meeting about a week before Peaceful Buddha was painted, is it just me or do they seem somehow familiar?
