Tonight my son choose ‘Antz’ as his weekly video choice. (makes a change from ‘Toy Story’) In it there is a line from the main guy Zee:
“trouble is my middle name, actually it is marion, but don’t let that get around.”
My son said……
“he just said trouble is his middle name, thats funny! ‘Cause trouble is a girls name!”
As long as he keeps believing that, we’ll be just fine.
TK and I planted some tulip bulbs this morning, so now he keeps peering into the container to check to see if they’ve grown yet.
His grandparents were arguing, and he rushed in and said “Stop fighting you two!”
When he was asked why he responded with “because the only thing worse than a grumpy granddad is a grumpy grandma!”.
“shhhhh Mumma you can’t wake my babies!”
“what babies?”
“my new babies, Charlie and Tim.”
“where did you get Charlie and Tim from?”
“the big baby shop. But you can’t see them now they are sleeping in their cot.”
I’m working on a new painting and we just had a conversation that went like this:
Me: TK, do you like this painting?
TK: No.
Me: Why not?
TK: Because she has silly hair, and because she is lying on a silly tea towel. (Pointing to another painting) I like that one, but I don’t like this one.
